2. Customized Orders
For customized products, customers are responsible for providing correct names, spellings, photos, messages, dates and other personalization details.
Once a customized product has entered production, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed after successful order placement and/or payment confirmation, as applicable.
For customized orders, we may contact the customer to confirm customization details before production.
4. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery time may vary depending on product customization, production time, courier service, destination and circumstances beyond our control.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather, natural events, strikes, technical problems or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not be considered a failure by Taksh Creations to fulfil the order.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, email address and complete delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product photographs, logos, designs, text, graphics and other materials, belongs to Taksh Creations or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
