After the order is shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.

Estimated delivery dates shown on the website are indicative and may change due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information through the contact details provided at the time of ordering.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, PIN code and phone number.

Taksh Creations is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery but the customer is unavailable or does not respond to the courier, the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-shipping may require additional shipping charges.

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record photographs/video of the package and contact us as soon as possible.
