Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Taksh Creations, many of our products are customized and made according to individual customer requirements.

1. Customized Products

Customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s instructions.

Once customization or production has started, cancellation, return or exchange may not be available unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or there is an error attributable to Taksh Creations.

2. Wrong Customization Details

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, name, photo, message, date and other customization information before submitting the order.

Taksh Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may ask for clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the package and product.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is defective or materially different from the product ordered due to an error by Taksh Creations, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.

After verification, we may offer replacement, repair or refund, as applicable.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

For customized products, cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered the customization or production process.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to the applicable payment provider and banking timelines.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Non-Returnable Customized Products

Unless required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us, customized products may not be eligible for return because they are made specifically for the customer.
